A useful Copper cleaning cloth
Make your pots and pans gleam and shine with the Redecker Copper Cloths. Great for cleaning sinks, ovens, ceramic hobs, glass and stainless steel. It’s also ideal for removing rust from cutlery, even buffing up bike and motorcycle parts and chrome rims on cars.
As copper is a soft metal it’s non-abrasive. It leaves no scratches on enamel and ceramic hobs and will give your sink a high sheen! Not suitable for Teflon or other non-stick surfaces. Only use when wet.
This scrub cloth is made of 85% copper and 15% polyester threading. Yes, there is plastic in it, but we decided to carry it because it is such an improvement over what is out there. The company tried natural fibres instead of polyester, but they just would not hold the copper in place. You may still be able to recycle the cloths when you’re finished with them just check with your local recycling centre.
The added benefit is that these cloths are slightly more gentle on more fragile items than the 100% copper scrubbers. These copper cloths are durable and machine-washable (up to 60 degrees Celsius).
Please note, that these scrubbers may scratch surfaces they are used on, but not nearly as readily as would steel wool.
